Paolo Wulzer is Professor of History of International Relations at the University L'Orientale of Naples, where he also teaches courses on the History and International Relations of the European Union, as well as the History of International Politics. He serves as Head of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences and is a member of the Board of Supervisors for the PhD Program in International Studies at the same university. His research and teaching interests include Italian foreign and security policy in the Greater Middle East during and after the Cold War, transatlantic relations in the Mediterranean and the Middle East, the Mediterranean policy of the European Community/European Union from the Cold War to the post-bipolar system, and the history of U.S. security policy in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf. Professor Wulzer is lecturer in American Foreign Policy at John Cabot University and lecturer in Chinese History at Lumsa University. He has published extensively on subjects pertinent to his research.
