Removing or Updating Works
- The Frohring Library takes reasonable steps to post items in accordance with the requirements of rights holders and publisher policies as detailed in the Sherpa Romeo database, including giving attribution to rights holders whenever possible. If you are a rights holder to materials in our repository that are unattributed, please contact us at archive@johncabot.edu.
- If a publisher sends a reasonable takedown request to the repository, the repository should always comply.
- If you wish to withdraw an article you have authored that is already on deposit (e.g. because it is mistaken, embarrassing, superseded by a newer version, etc.), then the repository should withdraw the article.
- If you are a rights holder and believe you have found material on this repository for which you have not granted permission, you may request the removal of the material from our site by contacting us at archive@johncabot.edu. Please specify the reasons why the materials should not be available in the JCU repository in your email so that the matter may be investigated. We will restrict access to the materials within 3 working days of the request being received while the complaint is being investigated.
