I am a researcher, writer and lecturer. My research and teaching focuses on the intersections between popular music, history and gender. In 2023, I completed a Ph.D. at Goldsmiths, University of London with a thesis titled “Beyond Retromania: Reimagining Historical Consciousness in British, Italian, and Argentinian Popular Music”. My writing has appeared in academic journals, edited books and online magazines (Popular Music History, Enciclopedia Treccani, Siamomine, KABUL Magazine, Agenzia X, NOT/Nero on Theory, Musica/Realtà).
